Client – MADE
Challenge and approach
We worked with online retailer, MADE.com, to devise and develop its sustainability strategy. The company’s aspiration was to become a sector leader through reducing its carbon emissions and contributing to a circular economy. We advised it on policies to source more responsible materials and measure its carbon emissions by benchmarking it against its peers in the UK.
Results
We challenged the strategy to ensure the company was upholding the highest standards possible during its sustainability journey. We also advised how the strategy could be promoted to the media so that it received varied and beneficial coverage upon launch.
