Adaora leads our Transformation & Change practice. She advises global clients through structural and cultural change – from strategy communication to culture change, M&A, or restructuring – and over a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, and Consumer Goods. She is a specialist in change communications, focusing on leadership enablement and measures that involve and mobilise employees across the organisation.

Andrew leads on research and campaigns, creating quantitative and qualitative insights to fuel both corporate and public strategy and research-led thought leadership and marketing communications campaigns. His work on sustainability issues have covered public consultation exercises, ESG product development, sustainable investment and consumer perceptions and behaviours.

With over 23 years’ of experience in talent communcations, Becs’ role is to create meaningful brands for a changing world of work and study. This means leading strategic communications across the employee lifecycle for her clients driving progress and impact in employee engagement, employer brand and reputation and employee experience. She has multi-sector experience working with complex global organisations.

Caro leads Gate One’s people change practice, supporting clients to design and deliver behavioural change programmes at scale. Caro’s team blends innovation and pragmatism to deliver meaningful change for global clients across all sectors. An executive coach, Caro is passionate about working with leadership teams to align and mobilise strategic and personal intent.

Charles is deputy head of Maitland/amo’s Sustain team, advising clients in the financial, energy and industrial sectors on their ESG strategies and media messaging. During his time at Maitland/amo, Charles has worked with companies on the full scope of their ESG journeys including reporting, materiality assessments and investor relations. 

Charlie has worked in insight, branding and design for over 20 years. He’s worked on B2B and B2C brands for clients such as Merck, Microsoft, Diageo and EFL. A passionate advocate of brand purpose, he believes that brands should carry meaning for employees and customers. He sees ESG/ Sustainability as playing an important complementary role alongside brand purpose.

Chris is a brand & communications expert with twenty years’ experience leading, planning and delivering highly effective campaigns across a broad range of sectors. Chris is CEO of Havas Dublin and believes creativity and culture can unlock the behavioural change at scale that is now required for sustainability success.

David Holliday is a business transformation expert with twenty years’ experience of leading, designing and delivering complex enterprise-wide change. David is co-founder of Gate One, a challenger Business Transformation consultancy, with a core mission of delivering ‘Meaningful Change’ and helping clients put sustainability at the core of their business transformation.

As our junior consultant, Emily supports various projects across ESG reporting and sustainability strategy. Alongside client work, Emily is also studying for a Masters in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, bringing fresh insight into the team.

Jen leads the Gate One sustainability team and has worked with clients to produce, plan and implement sustainability strategies and build capability. She is an active content contributor and thought leader in the sustainability space and has spoken on BBC Breakfast about driving greater sustainability in retail.

Karen oversees Conran Design Group’s corporate reporting and communications practice. She works closely with the FRC Reporting Lab Steering Group and has a background in FTSE-100 investor relations and extensive experience of corporate comms, both client-side and as an adviser. Karen provides guidance to companies on regulation, best practice and development of their communications and integrated and sustainability reporting.

Olivia is an experienced media and communications strategist, advising clients on how to create effective campaigns in line with their brand and business needs. 
As part of the Global Strategy team at Havas Media, 
she creates products and processes that drive more meaningful outcomes across our international network. 

 Ryan leads Maitland /amo's Sustain practice. An experienced, senior communications adviser, he has provided strategic counsel to HSBC on its global sustainability agenda. He has also advised clients including Chanel, Burberry, Etihad Airways, Repsol, Virgin and LafargeHolcim on their ESG reporting and content. Recently he helped the UK Government structure and execute its first green bond and has advised several governments across the world. 

Sarah is an experienced researcher, specialising in sustainability-focused insights and campaigns across a range of sectors. She is experienced in senior stakeholder engagement and strategic advice, engaging with policymakers and B2B audiences. She has led accounts including the IRSG ESG Ratings report – an industry-leading thought leadership campaign, and the Irish Department for Energy and Climate Change, delivering its annual Climate Conversations.

Sophie is passionate about creating and leading purpose-led campaigns that deliver real impact 
for clients. She devises and implements strategic, creative, award-winning integrated ESG-focused consumer communications campaigns for clients including Nestlé, Sky and Reckitt. She is an expert in understanding how to make a story fly and land big national media coverage for clients such as Visa Europe and the Institute for Economics and Peace.

Spiro leads our energy and utilities sector and has helped energy companies to drive large-scale and complex transformations, implement new operating models, integrate capability and use technology to adapt to a decentralised and decarbonised world.

Sukh is an experienced sustainability consultant, at the leading edge of expertise in sustainability strategy and sustainable business models, as demonstrated through his work with clients, participation in the UN’s Young Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Innovator Programme and in leading the development of an industry-leading Circular Business Model Design Guide 
for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Circular Economy 100 (CE100).

Tom leads the multi-sector public affairs practice, with a focus on sustainability and energy policy. He has successfully led client accounts including the UN Principles for Responsible Investment, Stellantis, the International Hydropower Association, MHI Vestas, and L&G. Prior to joining Cicero/amo, Tom worked for several consultancies, lobbying successfully on the Energy Act 2011 and on Electricity Market Reform (EMR) for energy clients.

Tony is responsible for inspiring brilliant communications strategies across the Group to help us make a meaningful difference to our clients’ businesses and brands. With over 20 years of experience, Tony has wide sector knowledge and expertise in helping organisations use media as a lever of growth and a force for good.

Whitney leads on advising businesses to become a more sustainable business and brand. For over 10 years, she has worked in-house sustainability roles and as a consultant for various brands across industry from finance to fashion. She can help companies define what sustainability & ESG mean for them, create the metrics and reporting frameworks, and tailor communications to build a sustainable business and brand.
