Client – Consumer healthcare organisation
Challenge and approach
Our client had not widely landed its strategy with various business functions and brands and was being driven centrally rather than embedded within the organisation.
Analysis was conducted of existing sustainability programmes, guidance and training materiality already available, leading to the development of a new sustainability capability framework developed for the overall business and each function, including an implementation plan to build sustainability capability across the organisation including new training and hiring plans. A Community of Practice was also designed and mobilised to enlist change champions to provide two-way feedback and further embed sustainability across the organisation.
Results
Clear understanding and alignment of the capabilities needed across each function and an implementation plan and guidance to upskill the organisation including a hiring, and training and development plan which was implemented, and capability was built.
