Client – Reckitt
Challenge and approach
We supported Reckitt Benckiser in articulating and embedding a new social impact investment strategy, and one core objective of the strategy communication was to invite and motivate employees to get involved and contribute to it.
We articulated the social impact investment strategy in a way that tied it to Reckitt’s vision and connected with the company’s culture and values. The team worked with the client to define tangible and measurable goals, delivering meaningful and lasting impact in the strategy’s focus areas. We developed a toolkit that brought the new approach to life for all employees. Infographics visualised key elements of the strategy and made it clear how people across the organisation could get involved. Leaders were enabled to cascade information in their markets and teams and equipped with supporting materials, e.g., presentation slide deck and speaker notes, Q&As.
Results
Only a few months after its launch, people in the markets and across the business were actively engaging within the strategy’s core areas and delivering against Reckitt’s social impact goals.
