Challenge and approach
We were engaged to raise awareness and understanding of the new strategy, successfully embed it, and build capability across the business. Working closely with the core sustainability team and the brand teams, we led several workshops to both raise awareness of the new strategy and worked with each area to create bespoke roadmaps for implementation.
An internal comms plan was developed including a range of assets to engage leaders and colleagues. A leadership alignment day was also organised and facilitated to bring the team together on the vision for the sustainability team.
A consistent understanding and greater engagement of the sustainability strategy across the organisation with an understanding of how to apply it within the relevant areas. Development of meaningful sustainability initiatives and roadmaps across brands to enable greater efficiencies in execution and greater engagement with the customer base.
